Nature Conservancy

Cascade Solar’s Doug Boleyn worked for Portland General Electric, serving as the project manager of The Nature Conservancy photovoltaic (PV) project. Doug designed the PV system, including wiring design, module configuration, and monitoring system design. Doug Boleyn helped coordinate Mr. Sun Solar and labor arranged by The Nature Conservancy to install the system.

Since 1997, The Nature Conservancy headquarters building in SE Portland has held the 4 kilowatt PV system, which comprises 120 amorphous silicon modules.
